First of all, I want to thank you for installing and using the App, and welcome. It is exciting to see all the reviews coming in that have been posted by you and your clients. One way that I thought would help you get your finger on the pulse of this new technology you signed on for is to send you some basic performance information. This is data is based on performance on your site:

How many views of your reviews: V_TOTAL_VIEWS
This is a basically how many times your reviews have been seen. The bigger the number the better. Make sure you ask new clients where they heard about you AND what things influenced them to purchase from you.
How many reviews you have posted: V_TOTAL_REVIEWS
This is how many reviews you have on your website. The more the merrier, and hopefully most are great reviews but having some reviews that are not good is realistic. Very few companies can make everyone happy all the time.
I know some of you just installed so there may not be much to look at but I will send these weekly so that you can be in the know about the reviews on your site.
My goal is to make the world better and I think the best way to do that is to help you grow your business. To that end each week when we send the stats we will also include articles on either growing your business, automating your business, sales, marketing or cutting costs. You will notice that the sites with the star icons really pop out. People are used to responding to stars, there is a mental association. So I want to remind you that if you upgrade you get the 5 star icon to show up beside the reviews, the email bridge which allows you to respond to reviews, as well as more configuration options like changing the font type.
