Tom and Kamron delivered and set up my new hot tub today. They are very polite, knowledgeable, and efficient men!! I was afraid I would have to read the manuel to know what to do lol, but they explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I absolutely think these 2 are the best and highly recommend!!

Bradley came out to replace our pump on our hot tub. He was very polite, efficient, and even made sure I understood everything he did before he left. He is just one example of the great customer service we have received from Youngs. I am grateful for their help and expertise.

I used Youngs several years ago to service my Marquis tub and did great service on replacing pumps and controls. When I moved and bought another hot tub Strong was the choice…much better construction and reliable and bought from Mike Young, he Bubba and team have been great. Currently my Strong tub is 9 years old and troublefree. Recommend not only Strong but Youngs to everyone

I purchased a house with a hot tub already present. Even though it wasn’t one of their brands Bubba and his staff did all they could to save it. Once we determined it was past its sell by date Tom, Kamron and Rob came to remove it. Despite some challenges the guys were able to get it out of my yard and on the truck in an efficient, professional way. The guys were in and out quickly leaving only the spot where the hot tub had been. I appreciate all the service I have received from Young’s and when the time comes to replace my tub I’ll be heading to Union City to see them.

We met Todd at the Erie Home and garden show and knew right away that he was knowledgeable and willing to get us going in the right direction for a hot tub.Todd came to our home to ensure we made the right choices. Later we worked with Todd & Bubba at the showroom where they provided all the options available to get us fit up properly. I can’t say enough good about the delivery crew Tom, Kamron and Rob for their intense concern for our home,and property during installation.They provided a high level of information and were pleasant to be with. We did have an issue with the purchased unit caused in freight that was no fault of Youngs service however they ordered the needed replacement parts and got us up and running as quickly as possible. Cody came to install the needed part and completed the in service with us with a great level of enthusiasm. I would recommend young’s to anyone within their service area.
