Tom and Kamron delivered our hot tub today. They were so easy to work with and did all the heavy lifting. They were very knowledgeable about the product and stayed until it was just right.

Unfortunately I had an issue happen to my tub which is about three years old. I made a call to Young’s and they came out right away. It did take a couple of trips but the service was excellent! Five stars for their help, support and teaching. Great team at Young’s Hot Tub. Thank you especially to Bubba and Kodie for getting me back to running my tub!!

Today we had our hot tub delivered by Tom, Kameron, and Robert. They were so personable and professional. They gave us a lot of tips to help us with this process because it is our first time owning one. Even though they were delivering for another company, they went above and beyond for us. Recently we had a hot tub repair completed by Brandyn which was very knowledgeable. Unfortunately we had to call him back because there was another issue with the relays sticking. Brandyn was very polite and explained the additional cost involved to complete the repair. We then decided to visit the store and purchased a new one trading in our old one. We received credit for the repair cost put into the old tub towards the new one. Thank you!

Young’s continues to impress. Bradyn came out today to install an add on and like all things Youngs was very professional and did excellent work.

My wife and I are in our 50's and decided to pull the trigger this year and get a hot tub. 1st off I'm 6'4" and my wife is 5'0". Let's just say finding one that we both fit is was a chore. We shopped around for at least 5 or 6 months and traveled many miles looking at what everyone had to offer. Well one day we in erie and heard of a home show and thought we'd check it out. Mind you Erie is 100 miles from home. Anyways, in the home show we ran into Todd and after talking to him for just a few minutes I knew he wasn't just some salesman there to make commission. I asked some key questions and his response was spot on. After about 30 minutes he invited us to their showroom to look around. So the next couple weekends we checked out his showroom. Needless to say we were impressed. We spent roughly an hour with Todd and tried many spas and eventually ending up going with Clearwater spas. We both fit and it had every jet for every reason we were looking for. They kept the spa until I was ready to take delivery in a few months. Delivery and sent up with perfectly. The crew was very professional and knew exactly what was going on. I'm not doing to lie, 2e did have a couple minor issues with the spa. Mainly user error but I reached out to Todd and he got back to me right away to help me resolve what issues I had. We have had the spa for a few months now and can't be happier with the spa and especially the service.keep in mind we are 100 miles away!! I highly recommend Young:s for all your spa needs as we will be sure to go back in the future for anything we may need.

Set up was great, very informative on maintenance and usage. Friendly, on time, and neat and orderly.Glad we purchased from Young's. Great experience on the whole purchase. From the warehouse to delivery. Highly recommend!

We recently purchased a roll off cover for our swim spa. Love it! I'm 71 years old and can uncover spa in minutes and by myself.. Purchased spa from Youngs hot tubs a few years ago and couldn't be happier. They are superb in everyway. From the moment we walked in there they took time to explain everything. Delivery and set up was great. The team went overboard making sure all was right. I'd recommend them to everyone.

I bought a tuff tub hottub loved the tub the service is horrible they sent a 19year old out to fix the led didn't open like it should. He bent the brackets and now it's like lifting an elephant to shut the lid. It doesn't seal so heat escapes electric went way up have called many times and still no one has came to fix it been months
