We recently purchased a roll off cover for our swim spa. Love it! I'm 71 years old and can uncover spa in minutes and by myself.. Purchased spa from Youngs hot tubs a few years ago and couldn't be happier. They are superb in everyway. From the moment we walked in there they took time to explain everything. Delivery and set up was great. The team went overboard making sure all was right. I'd recommend them to everyone.

I left a review concerning my hot tub going out when power flickered a few times. Husband and I am 68yrs old and both disabled. Told Manager we had no money and he allowed for us to make payments. We tried recommendations from manager, but our disabilities prevented us from fixing the breaker. Long story short, I left a not so friendly review hastily. There was a miscommunication, and Manager from Youngs Hot Tub, made things right by us. I regret writing the review before getting facts. They took care of us, and said customer service is a priority with them. THANKMYOU.


Young's turned me onto Clear Choice spa treatment. I waited a few years to comment on the stuff to see how it worked out. I love it. My wife has not no skin issues and I see no more corrosive buildup on any of my spinning jets, or circulating pump. I had been using Nature 2 with occasional oxy shock treatment, which I assumed would be better than bromine or chlorine. But everything proved to be irritating to sensitive skin, except for the Clear Choice. I am very grateful to Young's for educating me.

We bought a swim spa last year and in spite of delays due to covid it was completely set up and enjoyed last summer. Overjoyed with everything about it thanks to sales helping us get the one we needed. Bubba and his crew set it all up and explained everything. One small glitch was resolved and taken care of by Todd. I have nothing to say but good things about the whole process and highly recommend Youngs for anyone thinking about getting a swim spa You will never regret it.


I moved to the area in June 2020 and purchased a hot tub from Youngs a few weeks later. I hired Todd Prenett from Youngs to design and build a deck at the same time. Due to Covid, Todd was unable to get materials for the deck until Feb 2021. Youngs stored the tub for me and my deck was just completed last week. (May 2021) I cannot say enough about what a wonderful experience this has been from start to finish!! Bubba in sales has been and continues to be great to work with and Todd and his team are excellent!! My deck is beautiful and such a great addition to my home. I would highly recommend Youngs Hot Tubs to anyone looking to buy a hot tub or build a deck!!!! Wonderful experience and that know what they are doing!!!
