I have been using these soaps for a few years now, having received the initial one as a gift. What a gift. Beautifully wrapped in recycled materials, Devine to use, smelled heavenly and wonderful on the skin and made without parabens or palm oil. Made with care and not an anonymous factory. I’ve had emails from a lovely sounding human rather than a computer generated robot. Everything about JacqsArtisan Soapery is what we want more of in this world.

I ordered the Mango Citrus and Smokey Charcoal Soap and some draining soap dish and a beautifully sized Agave Washcloth and I was incredibly pleased with every single item. Firstly, the customer service was excellent. The owner is extremely helpful and responsive. The package arrived exactly as stated everything was packaged so beautifully. The presentation was so perfect and the gorgeous scent exuding as you open the box was sublime. I tried one of the soaps and can I say what a creamy, rich and generous lather as well as the beautiful delicate scent that lingers on the skin in a subtle way. The soap cleans my skin without stripping the moisture it was just perfect. Everything about the products from packaging, the thoughtful thank you note, thr detailed invoice abd a handwritten message is pure elegance. The Agave cloth is not very easy to find and I was so thrilled when my search led me to this unexpected treasure of a shop. My neighbour was equally impressed by my purchase that she is going to order some items as gifts. I will most definitely be purchasing from this shop for myself and family as these beautifully curated soaps and accessories are the perfect gifts for any occasion.

I am addicted to Jacqui’s lemon verbena soap and try to avoid using anything else. It is mild and gentle, doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin, smells good enough to eat. It lasts for ages and doesn’t go slimy as commercial soaps can do. if that wasn’t enough she is a lovely person to deal with and recently went to great lengths to supply my soap, on what was a very hectic day for her. May I suggest when your bar gets really thin, dry it out until it is hard, then grate it and store in a jar, your precious handwash knitwear will love it as much as your skin does!

I have ordered from JacqsArtisan before and after using the soap I would never go anywhere else! I have tried many different scents and love them all. They have cleared up my skin massively and leave it feeling soft and clean, without using harsh chemicals! The soaps are the best I have found, full of natural scent but not overpowering. This time I ordered a refill of my shaving soap. Shave for shave this is so much better value than the cheapest cans of awful supermarket foam, and also is great for my face and my blades last longer....but what made me write this review was how it arrived at my house this morning: I thought a medal must have arrived from the king - a small card box, beautifully handwritten address, and a soap/wax seal. This just kinda sums up the care and attention taken, still, with every, even small, order. Thank you
